Centrum Wspierania Edukacji i Przedsiębiorczości (CWEP) – Poland

Centre For Education And Entrepreneurship Support (CWEP) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2004 by a group of entrepreneurs, teachers and social activists from Rzeszów, Poland. CWEP cooperates with businesses and educational institutions. The mission of CWEP is to increase the quality of education training at all levels and in all its forms, as well as to promote entrepreneurship in order to foster integration of any social group, regardless of their gender, age or ethnic origin. Particularly, the aims are to improve accessibility, quality and efficiency of education of all people, to promote and contribute to adult education, life-long learning, e-learning and the usage of new technologies in education and entrepreneurship. The Association works with many partners from Europe in order to strengthen the economic position of enterprises and provides on-line platforms for companies.

Cuiablue OÜ – Estonia

Cuiablue OÜ is a social enterprise which drives positive social and environmental change through creative educational solutions for tailored informal learning and vocational training. Cuiablue OÜ specialises in designing innovative tools to support learning movements by working together with groups of people to advance their shared environmental, social, or cultural ideas while simultaneously developing their skills and knowledge.


Ecological Future Education (EFE) – Latvia

Ecological Future Education (hereinafter – EFE) is a Non-Profit private organisation that has been created to promote a sustainable development mindset in everyday life.

EFE aims to help introduce a new learning and thinking method which would promote environmental awareness as an interesting adventure where everyone participates, thus making the world a better place.

Also, EFE is working with responsible citizens, raising awareness of environmental concerns and how it affects us. The objective is to inform youth about environmental issues, daily habit awareness, to improve young people skills and competencies concerning green thinking and to raise social responsibility.

EFE provides training for educators, trainers and youth workers and young people. The main focus is to provide simplified access to education and support youth and their families ensuring the availability of education.

FYG

Instalofi Levante S.L. (FyG Consultores) is a private, high-level training enterprise, pioneers in co-creation with companies, adults and young people in the training on innovative concepts, business creation, employability basic skills, literacy and numeracy skills, entrepreneurship and soft and hard skills training.

FyG acts actively as an education and training company, promoting and enhancing the development of adults, seeing for new opportunities and helping them to become more employable, facing different factors of exclusion: youngsters and adults with educational difficulties, unemployed with economic or social obstacles.

FyG has experience in running a wide range of trainings courses and mentoring programmes for companies, entrepreneurs, Start-Ups, also with individuals from disadvantage groups. It acts a body providing career guidance, professional counselling and information providing services of job insertion and intermediation on the labour market for unemployed as: orientation, training, assessment and information.

In recent years, FyG has developed and implement a number of European international cooperation projects with Erasmus+ and COSME programme, dealing with enterprise creation and development, employability, management, Start Ups training, internationalization, Gamification and Innovation of the Entrepreneurial Training.

HKIK

The Heves County Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HKIK) was established on 1 January 1995 after the adoption of the Chamber Act. Its main task is to promote the development and organisation of the economy, the security of business transactions, the fairness of market behaviour and the general, common interests of economic operators. In terms of its form, the Chamber is a public institution and its activities are based on the principle of self-government. The Chamber provides various economic services to companies free of charge. HKIK operates an independent Project Office with many years of experience in tendering, including the successful completion of several LLP LdV and Erasmus+ tenders. Since 2004 we have been successfully participating in tenders for which we have developed an appropriate strategy.

The Chamber’s vocational training tasks are being expanded from year to year and now range from vocational guidance and vocational training to dual higher education. Tasks of the Chamber: organising vocational training, checking and registering future apprenticeship contracts, delegating examinations, organising the competition “Excellent Student of the Trade”, accrediting and controlling apprentice positions, organising and coordinating the County’s round table on labour market coordination and the sectoral working groups, as well as training instructor courses and craftsmen training.

Colleagues working in vocational training maintain daily contact with both school and company professionals. The common goal of the vocational schools, the business organisations and the Chamber is to form a highly qualified team of professionals and to create the right balance between general and vocational education by acquiring modern and up-to-date knowledge.

Mindshift is a consulting company specialised in Human Resources that invests in the performance and upskilling of people’s competences, seeking to boost the digital and interpersonal maturity in organisations and society.

At national level, MINDSHIFT has as one of its main partners The Key Talent Portugal, a HR Tech Consulting specialised in Social Attraction and Talent Assessment that develops platforms, such as Panorama and AplyGo, that allow to optimise, implement and manage digital, agile and attractive HR processes based on data analysis.

At European level, we are a strategic partner for the development of transnational cooperation projects aiming to create innovative solutions in the area of youth and adult training, in six key-areas: upskilling & reskilling, inclusion & employability, sustainable development, women empowerment, entrepreneurship & creativity, and digital talent.

Mindshift is strongly committed to the principles of Social Responsibility and the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, bringing together a team of staff with various backgrounds and professional experience.

Mano Guru

Non-profit organisation ‘Social Support Projects’ is a unique social model in Vilnius, Lithuania, started in 2004. Salad bar “Mano Guru” is a place where big changes in peoples’ lives happen. Through a social reintegration program, socially marginalized people (especially ex-drug or alcohol addicts and ex-inmates) acquire practical training to become a waiter, bartender or cook. They also develop social skills and receive consultations from psychologists and social workers. Over 18 years, quality services were delivered to more than 450 participants from the target groups, with about 80% of whom successfully reintegrated into the society. The salad bar is also implementing sustainable practices.
